1.Fire Fulmer! As In! RIGHT NOW!
2. Give him to the end of the season and force-fully have him resign
3.Stop complaining and continue to follow and support our coaches and team
4.Blame it all on Crompton.. Not Fulmer!
5. Blame it on assistants and players ( A.K.A. Peyton's Excuse)
6. Everything is Fine.. Why is everyone worried

Let him coach the rest of the season. He deserves it for all that he's given to this program.

Mine is the only Stephens vote in Idaho...Crompton must have relatives here.

I voted NS as well, but did you notice how close the results are at this point? In the state of TN it is NS by a lot, but the rest of the country thinks JC???

You have to admit, if you are not a UT fan, there is an element of comic relief to Crompton's play.

every state in the SEC voted for NS, and it's a landslide. even in bama it's 70-30% NS

The rest of the country is probably hoping for JC so we will go 4-8. If I were playing against UT I would hope JC was the starter. He is terrible.

I can't believe that 10% from Tennessee thinks Crompton should start. Do these people even watch the games? They must be Vandy and Memphis fans.

Personally I think it's an insult to Vol fans to have a poll up there...any team for that matter. And more importantly to both kids...as usual ESPN shows no class.

Look as I said yesterday...Crompton should be taken care of, afterall he is one of our own...he is a Vol. Does that mean he needs to be on the field...not hardly but let's lay most of this blame at Fulmers door step. JC is just a young man.

And let me point out again, that JC was a huge get for us in the recruiting wars....kept his commitment when we signed 2 high profile QB's and if anyone cares to remember was pushing those QB's for PT when he hurt his knee. Thus giving our staff the luxury of red-shirting him. As I told my Gator friend this year, either he's gonna hit the ground running or it's not going to work for him because JC has sat for 3 years...bodies, minds, confidence all change during that time. Take a race horse, pin him up for 3 years and see what happens...you never know. He may take off or forget what he was supposed to do. JC was the closest thing coming out of HS to Heath Shuler that we've signed and unfortunatley for us and him time caught up with him. So I'm not gonna rip on the kid too much...no he ain't getting it done but lets give the kid credit. In a day an age where your word doesn't mean anything, he kept his. And who knows, if he gets benched it may be the best thing for him.

I lay the failure of JC squarely on the feet of PF and Cut. I don't give a flip what Cut had against him...he's your player, you do the best you can to prepare him. PF is notorious for wasting talent...Marc Jones, Derrick Edmonds just to name a few over the years....throw Crompton on that bus as well. For JC's sake he should have gone to South Carolina...he would have started from day one...Spurrier would have used his mobility and arm strength and the kid would be a player. I have no doubt about that. In our system...whatever it is, he's done.

But he's gotta be benched here, same as Foster...of course Foster should have been riding the pine as soon as he got that personal foul against UF. A senior that continues to fumble and get personal fouls...time to hit the pine.

It's not an insult. It's very clear indicator of just how obvious the problem has become.

People aren't debating this issue. It's very matter of fact for everyone else.
