Definitely Kiffin. Head coaching experience at major schools. He's had time to work under Nick Satan. He has experience in the SEC, which is notorious for chewing up coaches from outside conferences. He might be a goon at times but the man can coach some football.

My instinct is Kiffin, but if we can get Tee for under $4mil and then throw serious money around for assistants and coordinators, I'm all for that, too.

Tee is an assistant coach and some have called him a bad OC. Never been head coach anywhere! What could you be thinking?

We have tried to hire him in the past as assistant and he spurned us.

Tee does not fit in Knoxville. He's an L A guy.

I just don't think that Tee is ready, from an experience stand point, for a head coaching position in the SEC. Kiffin for me after we offered Frost 6M per and 4M per for his staff.

NO! I don't get the love fest with Venebles or Pruitt. We need a head coach and a proven one at that. If we are going to go the coordinator route then make it Tee.
