Poll: Spring Game After Action

After they posted TN's upcoming 2018 football schedule I bet we go 3-9 this year.

We have a string of back-to-back-to-back SEC games that are not very good for UT at all.

Florida > Georgia > Auburn > Alabama > South Carolina. That's 5 we've lost already.

Then it's off to Kentucky > Missouri > Vanderbilt. First year will be a struggling hell for us.

I understand tempering expectations,but damn, should we just cancel the season?

The team should improve markedly with almost daily practices from August until December under these coaches. Winning 6 games is unlikely but not out of the realm of possibilities.

Those predicting an 8 or 9 win season are the ones that shouldn't have weapons in their home.

How about, "Hey, maybe there are some guys on the second team that have been underestimated!" ?

I would have preferred that Pruitt switched up and ran the 1st team offense vs the 2nd team defense and visa-versa.

That’s funny because that’s the exact opposite of what I saw. The o line played pretty decent, the d line not so good. We ran the ball ok and JG looked alright. I will agree on our kicker.

Yeah, feel the same as you, and i thought JG looked better than he did at anytime last year.

No more speaking of poles for da Vols for a while please, lately they have been delivering the shaft as in can't win a freakin' SEC game. CJP and crew needs to produce A single solitary SEC win before this sour of mine begins to tilt toward the sweet side again. If people think CJP is disappointed with the effort by some players to date, poll some of us here at VN unhappy about Vandy having a winning streak going on against us. Kids playing football on The Hill need to play like their hair is on fire every down they get on the field, tired of seeing half axxed effort by some kids.

Very true. And this team needs all the practice they are allowed. Hope we can get everyone healthy, Chryst shows out, and the incoming freshmen can contribute positively.

My vote went for "Thank God for Will Friend," but I agree with all the statements (which is why I put them in the poll, ha).
