Poll: Should Fulmer be fired?

I still don't under why Pruitt was given that extra money. Yeah we won out last year but we also lost game we shouldn't.
If any money was to be given it should have came after this season if we had a good one.

I'm not sure who Fulmer reports to, but that person should have Fulmer in the office on Monday morning. UT may not be able to get out of the extension with Pruitt, but Fulmer should be held accountable. If he needs to lose the AD position on Monday, I am for it.

Fulmer nearly lost his basketball coach last summer after dissing Barnes' Naismith Coach of The Year award ceremony, when UCLA came calling Randy Boyd saved the arrangement and the Basketball coach reports to Boyd, not Fulmer,

Fulmer was supposed to be interim, but the longer he has the role, the less competitive his teams will be as Fulmer is completely out of touch with college athletics (its 2008 all over again)

No. Fulmer's only real mistake was the extension. He hired Pruitt in duress after the dumpster fire was beyond out of control. He will be measured on how he handles recruiting a new head coach. If Fulmer fails to start shopping while the dumpster fire is getting out of control, then he should be fired.

IMO, there's no way UT should let Fulmer make the next hire. If the decision is made to terminate Pruitt, Fulmer has to go as well.

I’m ok removing Pruitt but not sure about Fulmer. Remember he kinda came into the AD role and saved us from mass embarrassment in the media for how the last coaching search went. When he chose Pruitt the list of people who would have come here at this point was extremely low. Seeing Georgia’s success taking someone from the bama staff he took a chance and tried the same thing. I can’t blame him for that honestly and for the options in the pool at the time. Plus taking a coordinator away from bama was an attempt to reduce their superiority as well.

I honestly can’t blame fulmer and I think he’s done ok as AD. He’s not just over football and I’m not sure anyone else would be much better. We just need to get us a coach that will finally turn this team around.

Pruitt got that extension and pay increase at a strange time...I am thinking he was going to bale and Fulmer (during the Chinese Plague) found it near impossible to get a new coach in time for the season, so he sweetened the pot...JMO
