I understand your point here but what I'm asking is why of all four of these teams we play why are the majority saying A&M is the one that will get us, maybe I didn't make that clear. I know they have a good wr core but what else?

I think more people are saying "Florida until proven otherwise" than are saying "A&M".

But I do think more people are calling A&M a "trap game" than Florida, Georgia, or Bama, in a couple of other threads. Mainly, I think, because of varying definitions of "trap".

EDIT: Okay, I was wrong. My bad.

I went back and counted up every prediction in this thread, where people actually said which games they thought we'd win and which we'd lose. If a person said, "we go 3-1 and lose to either A or B," I add 0.5 to both A and B. Here's how it came out:

People who think we'll lose to Bama: 13.5
People who think we'll lose to Georgia: 5.5
People who think we'll lose to A&M: 5
People who think we'll lose to Florida: 0.5.

So my bad, Florida is not so much "won't believe it until I see it," at least not in this thread.

Bama is the long pole, according to the majority of people who named wins and losses. Georgia and A&M in the middle. Florida is (by this count) the sure win.

Kind of interesting.

Let's hope we win em all so some crow can be handed out. I've not given a prediction but you know how you sort of get "those feelings", the Dawgs have been on my mind, I hope we don't let em sneak up on us. I'm hoping for a Big Season, as most of us here are.

We were a good team last year, but some could say we surprised and overachieved in some games (Oklahoma and Bama). We never should have choked those leads in the first place when it comes to the Sooners, Arkansas, and Florida, but I don't think many people outside our fanbase expected us to compete as well in those games as we did. But, most had said from the moment of Butch's hire that 2016 was the year of championship or bust. So yes, I believe this Florida game is the biggest in close to a decade.

The only way this year Florida game is bigger or different is if for some crazy reason we somehow lose to Florida, CBJ will catch a lot more heat than he has ever thought could happen. It's time to end the streak and see how great #120 can be.
