How many people own black VOLS shirts?

I own a few actually. The only reason I’m against it is that we already checkered once. I think there’s gonna be enough black in the stands anyway to be obvious. I had an obligation this weekend and had to sell my tickets; otherwise be going, but I’d just wear a black TN shirt

I’ve got a friend who is Ole Miss season ticket holder and they get emails all the time telling them what to wear. However, we typically sit in the white section of the checker and my son is wearing his new black jersey and I’ve got a black pullover with orange T. So just in case.

Well, being gimicky and it Halloween should be ok. But I agree to a point on the checkering and the university should have announced a "blackout" when they dropped the uniforms Tuesday.

I'm thinking Friday is too late for the AD to get something out to make it truly successful. Also, we've already had a checkered game and an orange out. Overdoing it takes some of the coolness out of it, besides, the Kitties don't deserve the special attention.

Volnation seems to be the definitive voice when it comes to these things. So… we doing it? What are your thoughts?

There is no Black and Orange checker. A random fan started this online and some people liked it. It's not happening so please don't start the rumor that it is

Let’s stop the nonsense. If the athletics department doesn’t issue an official statement or request regarding the game, it’s not true. We have a group of nine going and everyone will wear whatever piece of Vols clothing they prefer: some orange, some white, some black.
