If we are talking football...Fulmers regime was the best because he gave us the title. I think Majors was a better individual coach though.

You have to say Fulmer....and the sad thing is that he never capitalized on all the talent during his tenure. Thankful for the success we did have, but can't help but imagine what could have been if we had developed those top recruiting classes a little better.

Fulmer
1993 Regional Coach of the Year
1998 SEC and National Coach of the Year
1999 State Farm Eddie Robinson National Coach Distinction Award

5th fastest coach to reach 100 victories
Reached 50 wins faster than any other SEC coach
Went to more SEC Championships than any other coach during his tenure
1 of 7 coaches to have more than 100 victories over the .500 mark
was the 3rd most winning coach at the time of his departure
His 75% winning percentage ranks 5th best of all-time
Gave all he had for UT for over 30 years as a player, assistant, and coach.

He's got my vote!

I think results wise, Fulmer would be the guy... but an argument could be made for Dickey, Majors, or even Battle depending on the criteria.

We'll never know what Dickey could have done at Tennessee, Majors had just started winning big when he was canned, and Battle was an excellent game coach... but had his own shortcomings.

Don't really see an argument for Kiffin as an individual, but I do think we had the best coaching staff in over half a century last season(at UT).
