We have to be able to score than many before we can cover it. I'd be nervous of us scoring that many against any team right now unless our defense does a lot of it like the MSU game.

I have to agree. Take the points.

Edit: The best bet here is no bet. There are waaaayyy too many emotions and other variables this week.

I'll go against the flow here. I think we cover.

If I'm wrong, it won't be the first time, and we're in big trouble against Vandy and UK.

You need to back off on the alcohol intake. But seriously, there's a radio show in Memphis where every Friday they have what they call the handsome dan contest. They get four callers to pick the best underdog point spread cover. In other words, whichever underdog has the most points left after the game the contestant with that team wins a $30 gift certificate to a local Italian restaurant. I got in and picked Wyoming with a 26 point spread. So, here's hoping Tennessee only wins by a field goal or td. :)

Me, you, and 20 other guys from VN could probably cover 26 against the Vols this year.

But, despite how bad UT has been, I get the feeling they're going to rout the Cowboys this weekend...Similar to the UAB game....something like 35-7, 38-10.

Well, that would be ok too. I can buy my own Italian dinner. How many games have the Vols covered this year? MSU is the only one I can think of. The offense better get their act together to cover 26 against anybody.

Beat UAB by 32...was the spread more than that?

Probably covered as a dog at Auburn, but I can't remember what the spread was.

Yeah, I think the Auburn line was around six. Is Wyoming worse than UAB or is it possible to be as bad as UAB?
