WASHINGTON (AllPolitics, December 19) -- A deeply divided House of Representatives impeached President Bill Clinton Saturday on charges of lying under oath to a federal grand jury and obstructing justice in the Monica Lewinsky affair. The two allegations of "high crimes and misdemeanors" next go to the Senate for trial.

Article III: States that in his conduct while President of the United States, William Jefferson Clinton, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has prevented, obstructed, and impeded the administration of justice, and has to that end engaged personally, and through his subordinates and agents, in a course of conduct or scheme designed to delay, impede, cover up, and conceal the existence of evidence and testimony related to a Federal civil rights action brought against him in a duly instituted judicial proceeding.

And just think: that was merely over a blowjob.

If they get real dirt on Trump. I'd be fine seeing him impeached. He did his civic duty by protecting the country from Hillary.

Do you know what the word "similar" means?

Of course. An analogy would be your conduct in reference to anything Trump is "similar" (or one could use akin, close, comparable, etc) to a 14 year old girl that is virulently angry at Fifth Harmony now being a quartet.

Or perhaps something closer (similar if you will) would be said 14 year old girl angry at One Direction breaking up. It's the end of the world!

Didn't know Nixon's staff had cell phones...

They did but they weren't smart phones. They were the Nokia's that had the snake eating apple game on it and Nixon thought there wasn't enough work getting done. He also had a high score that he wanted to maintain. Nobody ever got close to beating him.

I've said this before. I'll take it too. At least I believe Pence is sane. And he's much wiser man than Trump.

So, the guy that decided to be Trump's right hand man is wise by your standards?

Low key Trump complement?

So, now, Trump is blaming Obama for the leaks and for staging protests against him.

Never address the issue. Never acknowledge dissent, even the right for there to be dissent.

Always accuse someone of something.

A pattern is emerging .....
