This is crazy. It seems like no matter what CDD does a lot of the fans are not going to agree and get there pants in a bunch over it. I like the hire (if true) ,and support CDD, and the team. VFL

Thanks for the welcome. I really enjoy reading most of the post on here. I may need to up the dose of anti depression mess if this keeps on like it has the past few days. JK

What? You think that just getting the guys on campus isn't enough? You think that we actually have to give them some idea of how to stop the other team from driving up and down the field on us? Preposterous.

Thought CLT coached the DL this past year and Sirmon coached LB's

btw, i thought in 2010 our LB's were pretty good for what was available. Guess who coached them?

Exactly. There's no real evidence either way, but at least he didn't just give up 70 to West Virginia or allow 39 pts a game this year. (How's that for glass half full?)

Seriously, though, I'd feel better about it if I knew that he and Dooley spent long hours talking Xs and Os; instead of the "hey, there's a guy on a staff I admire...let's hire him" feeling I'm getting.

Please don't ruin the thread for me with facts and whatnot. I got an IQ upgrade and plan to bookmark it for future reference.
