Well, since most everyone on volnation and most every fan I've talked to agrees that Fulmer's departure is way overdue, what would it hurt to sign this petition and show that we are disgusted. Hamilton may or may not ever see it but it at least keeps the ball rolling as fans of this university. We are going to have to email Hamilton consistently and heavily. We need several thousand vol fans to email him everyday with the email's title including something about firing Fulmer, since they probably won't ever be opened. Even if he never reads them, he will see the complexion of the support or lack of support for Fulmer. We have to do whatever we can to get him out of our program and do it fast because we are dangerously close to fielding recruiting classes full of 3 stars at best. Our reputation as a top tier team has been erased and is one mustang defense away from falling off the map and out of reach. We are real close to being in a position where it doesn't matter who our head coach is. What I'm trying to say is what would it hurt to sign the petition. Everyone should sign it and tell their Vol friends to do the same. It's sad when Vandy is 4-0 and in the top 25 and we are not in the top 50. It's not too late to rekindle the swagger that was once synonymmous with Volunteer football.

Urban loves himself some Phil. Phil is easy to read and slow to adjust. I so freakin tired of losing to florida and seems like every year, after the 3rd week in Sept, our season and quest for a title is over. We got lucky and backed into the SEC Champ game last year.

All the naysayers are right, this may not do a damn thing. But so what? At least we are trying to get attention brought to this subject. Sure, we all know that money is what will talk, but for the average fan we've got no effect on the big money flowing. What we do have is manpower. And I hope we get the signature of every average fan out there. There's a whole lot more of us little guys that fill that stadium than those in the luxury boxes.

I've said it before, don't sign if you want to continue down this path or if you think a silly petition won't work. If you want to spend 30 seconds of your time and give it a shot, feel free to add your name to the growing list.

I signed and I specifically said I think Chris Petersen should be Fulmer's replacement
