It's a tough, technical, often unappreciated and definitely unforgiving position...but the most important job of a FG kicker is to win the game when the other 23 guys didn't.

Probably cost Bobby Bowden his job. Definitely one Natty.

If the DB stops the touchdown pass on fourth down it also would have been the end. But hey, pick whichever play you like. The pass got me just as much. Disingenuous is pretending every play is not important. Momentum is a strange creature. I understand the missed kick, it did bother me. I don’t like the piling on a single player in a team sport.
