Please Help Me Find John Ward

As some of you on here know, my dad has late stage cancer. If I could somehow find Mr. Ward and have him sign a photo for my dad it would be incredible. Can anyone help with this????

I saw John Ward at the Panera in Cleveland when I was like 20. I went up to him and shook his hand and told him how much I enjoyed listening to him (he had just retired.)

He told me to sit down with him and his wife. We talked for about 45 min. and he only wanted to talk about me and what I should do with my life. Nothing about the Vols, just about me and his life experiences and what path I should take.

It was a very surreal experience and the man is total class. If you find him, I wouldn't be suprised if he came to visit your dad.

I have to say, as someone who has listened to announcers from several sports both sides of the pond John Ward is one of the best ive ever heard! The man just brought emotion to almost every touchdown, the guy thats there now puts me to sleep!

Hope you find him. Our caring and considerate athletic department should help you find him. John Ward is a fine man and will do what you need him to do and probably more too. Don't give up. Hope you Dad is doing OK.
