Had TN players continued to tackle him out of bounds they would have thrown another flag on TN. I think our players relaxed on the tackle to avoid a penalty.

They didn't relax, they were trying so hard to strip the ball they forgot about the part where you have to tackle the guy...

I saw our guys backing off with hands up also, thinking he was going out of bounds.
