Going to be wild if we get a flopping rule and forward progress rule change in one year.

Mentioning the forward progress..... ref judgement call against TN on the TD, yet when #87 scored the TD, his forward progress appeared to be stopped as he looked to going out of bounds running sideways. Had TN players continued to tackle him out of bounds they would have thrown another flag on TN. I think our players relaxed on the tackle to avoid a penalty.

They didn't relax, they were trying so hard to strip the ball they forgot about the part where you have to tackle the guy...

Exactly what I thought—they pulled back to avoid an unsportsmanlike.

Referoading Rule
Officoat Rule
Deference Rule
Rerefer Rule
Reality rule
Reference rule
Rerefing Rule
Fair & Forthright Rule

Now, the flopping thing, just call it the Fish Flop Rule.

I saw our guys backing off with hands up also, thinking he was going out of bounds.
