I agree. I'll be happy if we can stay within a couple of scores of UF. I'm man enough to say it, they're a great team with a great coach, and a great quarterback. They've got speed, talent, and titles. We'll be there in a few years.

It will be nice to see a team enter the Swamp that doesn't already feel like they're down 2 TD's with no hope of a comeback. Confidence comes from the top down and this group of coaches seem to understand the concept.

I agree and this is a big part of why most of us love it. It's not like he's inciting UK fans.

Yeah they have talent and yeah they have a good (fullback/QB) but we have a good Defense with an even better D- Coordinator.

We will have more speed on offense because we will be in a lot better shape, we wont be running some half hearted offensive scheme and we should have more confidence amongst the players.

This will be a hell of a game. But not just because I am a fan of Tennessee but I really believe that we have a way better group of coaches. If they can game plan around Myer and make some great halftime adjustments that (our last coaching staff did not do) then I dont see us getting blown out any game this year. I think with decent QB play and our new offensive system we should look a lot better next year. We have 8 home games we should take back over Knoxville this year!
We need to go 8-0 at home!

I am loving how the players are responding to CLK and the staff. The team needs to blow WKU and UCLA out of the water and then roll into Gainesville ready to tear the gators a new one. I was not on the "Nation" last year at this time, but I cannot imagine Dave Clawson becoming the OC had the players and the fan base this fired up. Please correct if I am wrong. GO Vols!

Well actually :ermm: Yeah, Coach Clawson had the nation pretty fired up about installing his new offense at UT...The Clawfense was suppost to be something special...Instead to turned into a nightmare...In the immortal words of the great Homer Simpson...."Let Us never speak of this again" :good!:

Folks were fired up some but no where near what they are now. I cant remember a time sans the 99 season that people were this excited in the spring. Even in 99 Im no sure everyone was as excited as now.

I like how Kiffin gets these guys fired up. I love how they seem to be behind the coahces and trust them 100%. This is exactly what they need. Win or lose, good things should come of all this. I cannot wait for some football. ALready got my O & W tix. This season is going to be a lot of fun.

If this doesn't get you fired up then nothing will. I love they fact that we are trying to move in the direction to get our swagger back. We have gone into games hoping we could win and they have gone into them knowing they were going to win. Big difference. I hope we start to get a little of that attitude in us.

If, huge IF, UT can blow those two teams out then they will be confident going into UF... On the flip side, it will give CLK even more opportunity to get into Meyer's head. Meyer will have to wonder if Kiffin can back up all that bravado... it can only help the Vol's chances.

He is squarely in the Gators heads! All the pressure is on them! If we get slammed everyone will just say he should keep his mouth shut until he gets his players, but if we win! It could be the loss that brings down the mighty gator empire! CLK IS A PIMP!:cool2:

I like the fact that the first time we get the gators in knoxville with CLK will be after all-world college qb Tebow leaves...

they will have a new qb no tebow, no harvin(yes i know he's already gone but that loss in production this year and in the near future cant be replaced), no spikes man it could be awesome
