Did they just pull random numbers out of a hat?

I understand everyone shouldn't be a 99 but this is ridiculous. Only one player 90 or above.

Chris Walker & Stocker & could make an argument for Gerald Jones should be in the 90's...

I'm thinking they just input their stats in some sort of generator....

LOL at Chad Cunningham being a 90 OVR and the highest rated Vol. I don't really expect rating accuracy from EA anyways though. There's always a truckload of custom edits needed for authenticity.

They use a progression system to advance the ratings, probably the one from the Dynasty mode's offseason, and then do a few manual tweaks to make the All-American type players more accurate. Then the freshmen are added.
