I didn't realize Reddit had banned it, but good for Reddit. Now if sites like Twitter and Facebook can ban themselves.

They're all partially responsible for this culture of post-truth filth that we've all collectively created.

I've never accused Trump of being a totalitarian. I've accused him of being an authoritarian. There's a big difference.

I'm not going to be president, nor did I say these sites should be banned. Our nation, however, would be much better off if they ceased to exist.

Yeah, good for them. Never mind the fact they still have pedo tolerance subs still up and running. Never mind the fact that the CEO admitted to secretly editing user posts to help his ideological agendas. Nothing to see here. Just a morally virtuous company laying down the law against "fake news".

I was going to ask essentially the same thing.

You see, the alt right fake news believer right wingers on this board just insist on making truly horrible analogies, or citing non-existent facts, to support their continued adherence to the irrational.

I used to think they did it just to antagonize those of us who can think and reason. Just being pot stirrers.

But in time it has become clear to me that, even if some miniscule part of their tiny wee little brains is telling them that there is something wrong with the analogy, or that the factual basis for their assertion is questionable, they just throw it our there because its part of the fake new gambit to repeat crap so often it gains an air of legitimacy since its coming from more than one place.
