This suicide is baffling, to say the least. But, Epstein was a billionaire and could have bribed someone to call off the guards or look the other way.

It isn't reported how many suicides there are around the country in detention centers... many of these people are also under suicide watch. It is very common. Somehow, even with suicide prevention under way many still find a way to do it. It would look awful for this detention center if this was done by hanging, but I haven't seen that reported. There are other ways to do it. Will just have to wait and see.

You obviously don’t care about holding the guilty accountable based on the bolded.

True. Any one of the guards could have been paid off to look the other way and/or provide the necessary "tools" for Epstein to accomplish this. The older I get, truth is truly stranger than fiction and nothing surprises me anymore. I believe, till proven otherwise, this was a concerted effort.

Not sure Trump had any say in it. Maybe he could directed the DOJ to do something but the left would try to entrap him into some kind of obstruction charge or something. It's a double edged sword.

I have no idea why he did it... but an old, wealthy, white billionaire pedophile is damn sure going to be on the bottom rung of the prison hierarchy. The only thing missing is if he had also been a former cop. He was facing a very miserable time for the rest of his life and none of his powerful friends were going to be sticking their necks out to help him anymore. He was screwed and he knew it.

And I have no idea where the hell your last line comes from but that is totally uncalled for an out of line here... I would never suggest anything like that about someone that I didn't even know.

The last line from you obviously enjoying CNN imply our current POTUS had some nefarious tie to Jeffrey Epstein the day after a document dump that stated the exact opposite.

This isn’t a joke or a movie. I want to see the people who have committed these crimes go to prison. It isn’t entertaining to know one of the only people (that we know of) who could have been instrumental in making that happen is now dead.
