This was beyond pathectic. Pittman in his first year has taken the worst SEC team the past few years and has gotten them playing above their talent. In year 3 Pruitt has made us a laughing stock. We have too much talent to look this bad. I'm done making excuses for him. He is not a SEC HC. We are in for a painful next few years Nation. What a mess

Seriously is the Butch Jones bad. Maybe worse. WTF happened to this team?

Hired a football guy. A defensive guru. This guy just breathes football. His whole life revolves around it. Now we know why he was an assistant for ten plus years.

Some people are simply born to be Chiefs, others aren't. Pruitt either isn't ready to be a head coach, and I mean not even close, or the more likely, his best position is up in the booth. A competent head coach would not have continued with JG again and again, he would not have kept his Friend who has yet to improve a line to the level it should have been. A true head coach would not have hired a guy without knowing his coaching personality only to find it out 4 games into the season. A competent coach wouldn't be clueless as to what offensive activities are occurring during the game. This list can go on and on and on. If he truly is the guy who can fire his DLine coach because it's better to just move on when you know, then he needs to self evaluate and know he isn't capable of doing what he's been hired to do. Resign and take the only spot you are capable of doing, following, it sure isn't leading.

Maybe Pruitt has learned to love UT as much as Fulmer is alleged to do.

Anybody else see how he hugged all his ex players at the end and the look of love and respect they had on their faces for him?

Guy is a class act and an amazing coach.

Very happy for him.

Its clear his players would go through a brick wall for him.
That's the key, he has his players playing so hard, and he has two very good coordinators. His players obviously love him and give their all for him, the opposite of the Saban without the wins approach.
