Pittsburgh head coach said Neyland Stadium noise won't be an issue I say it's time for repeat of oklahoma 2015 only with a win this time.
Everyone has a plan until they're hit in the mouth.

Bottom line, they haven't played in front of many large crowds. Especially last year. They don't know how they'll handle it until it gets here.

lol, an ACC coach talking about a hostile environment.

What’s the most hostile environment they’ve experienced, a bunch of hungover students at a Clemson noon kickoff when they’re already down 21-0 at the end of the 1st quarter?
I hate to admit this but Virginia Tech has one of the most hostile environments in all of sports. They can hold a candle to us.

I was at the game Thursday. Student section did a good job. Announced crowd of 83,000; probably around 75,000. Expect around 95,000 this Saturday.

Sure they are decent but I'm biased nothing beats neyland when it's rocking and we are winning. It's the whole reason to attend the game.

Had a grandson who graduated from VT and did not realize how "in to it" their fans are. The cadets sit very close to the field.

I mean, what's he supposed to say? If you take the entire quote it makes sense, and it isn't "insulting."

It's an 11am kickoff. I also predict that crowd noise will not be an issue. It's just a different vibe in those early day games.
Not of we were to emulate our Cajun brethren Saturday and consume all of the fermented barley beverages in the building prior to kickoff 😉

I Know how to play coach speak 😂
Here is the Tsar approved version
„Tennessee has a very passionate fan base and it shows clearly on game day. It is a challenge that we will do our best to prepare for as we look forward to our opportunity to play in that unique environment“

I was going to offer my spare tickets to our pastor, now I guess they'll go to the neighbor.

It doesn't. Just sucks we have a noon start.

His quote is making me get that itch to come down and holler though...

I'm off Saturday, but I live in Nash. This a big one.

Aww. How cute. He's so innocent.

Wail til Saturday. He'll be eating his words and his mind will be blown. He might even cry a little. Maybe even resign after the embarrassment that will surely ensue FROM ALL THE NOISE his team will have to endure and over come.

He ain't ready.
