WOW, that was almost as bad as it comes.
Prothro was the worst I have seen though.

Prayers are out to him.

I cringed after I was through staring at what I was trying to interpret.
I am truly hopeful that this young man will heal and hopefully rehabilitate to lead a nomal productive life again.

I do not care what color his jersey is when I see an injury like this, (my being a life-long fan of another SEC team).
I think back to Theisman on Monday Night Football,
Napolean McCallum for the Raiders, or Prothro in Tuscaloosa.....those were the worst that I've seen (live on TV), until now, when I see this.
This guy's injury reminds me of why we pray for players' well being before a game. Now let us remember to pray for them in practices with friendly teammates as well.

I AM NOT an insider or an authority on the subject of Prothro's daily life but...
I understand he is walking/jogging/running? and manuevering around the campus (quite well I hope), completing his degree and having some levels of visitation, and workouts with the team.

That's good to hear. The last I heard he was still on crutches and walking with a noticeable limp.
