I’m on safari on iPhone. Cleared my cache. It might go away for a bit but keeps coming back

Hmmm. I've got everything disabled completely. It almost has to be coming from a cached file or something.

Yea I thought it was taken care of last night after clearing everything but I saw it once this morning but now can’t get it to pop back up
