Umm...what? I know exactly what he was saying. I never said Sankey would announce the hire unless he has become our AD all of a sudden.

I don't expect Fulmer to make an announcement, but I suppose it's possible that an announcement could be made prior to his appearance, and he could then discuss it. Right now I don't expect that, either.

On a serious note, I think AD Fulmer liked the coverage his hire got last year with Pruitt coaching the championship game after he was announced HC for us. I do believe, if we hire Freeze, it will be announced (prolly Saturday morning) before the SEC championship game, in an effort to capitalize on coverage.

I wouldn't be surprised to see AD Fulmer make the announcement in an order to handle the initial questioning ... but that really should be CJP's job to do, imo. We'll know pretty soon, whomever the coach is.

That does raise an eyebrow because the real football fans want to win. However a lot of folks were against the Schiano hire and went public. I'm very surprised that a lot isn't being said about Freeze up to this point because it's starting to appear as though he's our guy. I think Pruitt whispered it to H.Bailey also to establish a surge in recruiting. It's a timing thing and UT,Pruitt, Fulmer, have done well.

How bad was what Freeze did ? He used an escort service.....
BIG difference than possible child molestation cover up....
The other story about Freeze and the young girl I do not think there was ever any evidence of anything..
