Pruitt was such a POS. I have no clue what CPF saw in him.

External validation to say, "I told you so!". Pruitt wanted to run a conservative offense out of the pro-set and rely on defense. Fulmer hires the guy he thought he could (and probably did) put in in his pocket. I'm not convinced Fulmer didn't force Jim Chaney on Pruitt after Helton left.
