PG play cost us this game

Or were Ramar and Jordan both playing better when Jordan started and Ramar came off the bench?

We have no pg to run the show.. Neither one of em can throw it in the ocean.....Ramar's shots are usually a bit out of control and Jordan usually gets looks with no one close to him...Ramar can't shoot FT's and No one fouls Jordan because he's gonna miss the shot anyhow..I will be really suprised if this team makes it past the sweet 16 we have been exposed these last two games....

If Howell shoots again, I will probably be buying a new TV after I toss the one I have out the window. He should not have the green light to do anything but dribble, make safe passes, and get a rebound. His shooting is so horrid, he should not even qualify for even a red light. He should have to ask the coach where the offensive rim is when he is on the floor because no way should he be looking at it.

The next shot Howell should take is a flu shot next winter.

Ramar and Jordan both cannot play PG, I pray to God Daniel West will be good.

Howell shouldn't be allowed to shoot, period.

Ramar was 5-7 from the FT line. While Lofton was 6-8 and missed a critical one that ended up being the difference in the game. Pay attention to whose FT's matter the most and when if you're going to blame that on Ramar.

Ramar was 5-9 and he missed a couple very late in the game

Lofton hits in the high 80's percentage..He definately gets some slack when he misses regardless of the situation. Ramar on the other hand is a guard that shoots FT's at the same percentage as shaq...He went 0-12 let me say that again 0 -12 in a game earlier this year..Lofton also hit clutch shots to keep us right there...What did Ramar do?????other than drive to the basket and toss up a prayer.

I'm just a casual basketball fan, but I wonder what Lofton, Jajaun, Prince, Tyler and Chism would be like with 2 min. to go in the game, with Lofton brining the ball up?

We lost because Ramar and Lofton went 1 for the last 6 free throws we took.

Actually, defense lost, but the above is #2.

There were some lazy passes that turned into turnovers. Plenty of wide open threes where we had no defenders. We got pushed around in the low post. We didn't try to get their big guys out of the game when we had the chance. We missed critical free throws. Seems to be plenty of blame to go around.

in the second half, Pelphrey went to the post and told his guys to back us down. Thomas and Townes did so. We NEVER came up with a solution. You know, like taking the charge once and stopping the garbage.

It was just one of those things where if it had been 2 points better the bad defense wouldn't have mattered. If it was 1 point better, we don't lose in regulation, but we also don't know if that would have only delayed the inevitable. If any player on the floor or off the bench had contributed 2 more points, or we had defended one more bucket we wouldn't have lost. That's frustrating, losing because of 2 points. I'm not sure you can pin it on Ramar, but he's an easy target because of his past failures at the line. Frankly, if we are going to blame it on someone for offensive woes I think it squarely lands on Howell's no point contributing shoulders with open looks.
