Jones would've been the starting PG from day one for the Vols. I doubt Ware would've cracked the starting rotation with Golden and McRae having a season's worth of experience on him, but Jones is that good.

You're kidding, right? Jones was first team JUCO AA for two years in a row - JUCO POY as a sophomore and played 33 games for Louisville last season, averaging 10 ppg and 3 apg.

He's doing fine at Louisville. Came in with a lot of hype, didn't quite meet it, but had a decent season averaging 10 and 3. He's not a natural point, but he should be relied on more to score now that Russ Smith is gone.

No, I wasn't kidding. Didn't know he was at Louisville. Didn't see to many Louisville games last season. Did Jones play in the NCAA tourney last season? I don't remember seeing him play.

Yeah. He played (started in fact) for UofL in the tourney. Started the majority of the season for them at PG.
