Not always bad when you're a "SMART ass"
Before I read the story, I will opine that with PM being a perfectionist, he probably has little tolerance for average. Peyton is always politically correct with his statements, but I bet he sometimes wishes he could be a sob. Anyone that driven is usually not that pleasant---nor do they have to be. Love me some PM.
I have my doubts about some parts of this article. Such as:
". . . . quirks Manning is said to possess. Manning doesn't know how to work a can opener. Manning needs to look at Polaroids of shirt-slacks-and-tie combos in order to get dressed."
That's got to be BS. I notice there is no source cited for this, and it seems pretty dang unlikely. Maybe the author is just being sarcastic and I didn't get it.
I have a buddy here at my work that said when he would caddy for him at the Honors course in Chatty that it was a chore. He said the bad would weigh about 150 pounds. He said he picked his bag up and asked him what all he had in there. He had 5 dozen balls, two rain suits, extra pair of shoes,5 pairs of socks, and a bag of tees that could last someone a lifetime.

Little over half way down, paragraph where Cooper calls him a domestic idiot. Remember reading that when I was at UT and thinking it was hilarious. Having his gf call from UVA for take out in Knoxville is still my favorite part of that whole article.
