I mean sh*t, lets just hire some body knowing that they are only here for a few years, then 4 years from now when Peyton retires, hire him. I mean that would be a sweet deal....IMO AFAIC

When Peyton retires he'll probably move to broadcasting instead of coaching.

I don't believe Peyton will ever coach at any level. When he retires, I see him moving into ownership or GM of the Colts or maybe the Broncos ie John Elway.

The only coaching Manning will do post his playing career is at the Manning QB camps.

I definitely see him going into broadcasting. If in not mistaken his degree was in Communications (not that it plays any role in his post playing career but does indicate a previous interest).
