He’d be a rookie coach, taking over a program at its lowest point ever, in need of a major overhaul at best, a complete restructure/rebuild at worst, which means he would be learning on the job while working 24/7. Oh but that’s not enough, now you’re gonna add another Full-time job of AD? A job that requires a completely different skills set and undivided attention.
