Seriously?! I've never heard of a cop pulling someone over for having high beams on.

People flash their lights at me all the time when i have the low beams on. Thanks Toyota for the bright factory lights on the FJ. I think it's even been recalled, I just don't have time to drive 2 hours to the local dealership on a workday to get it corrected.

I believe it.

I actually passed a cop going the other direction and had my high beams on just on accident.

I've seen people do it on purpose to avoid a ticket for having one low beam head light out.

I've just never seen or heard of a cop actually pulling someone over for it though.

Guess it depends on how blind they got.
