Think about it. The pres is not from Knoxville and neither is the AD. The next HC will probably not have any sort of ties to UT. If you look throughout the University they are not that many UT grads serving in the higher up positions.

Read the article. Maybe we did not do so well this time either. ...Maybe he needs to get her into therapy and on meds....You just don't do that...By the way where did he come from? If from the North then maybe he should go back..Lewis Grizzard used to say that if you liked it so well in the north Delta was ready when you were....So true...These people just don't understand and don't want to learn. (Maybe they don't have it to learn.)

Given their recent track record, the next time the Board of Trustees have to make a hire, they should rank the candidates in their order of preference. Then, they should pick the candidate they like the least.

I may be late but it takes a while for things like this to get to us Southerners in Georgia who dont' have the knoxville paper everyday...I read on line but did not see this one....It is pitiful...We don't need this after all the coaching mess and the football program in disarray. I go back a long way with with Tennessee...We had class people as our presidents, Andy Holt, Joe Johnson, Bowling, to name a few....Why should these people degrade our university....THIS IS ALL WE NEED NOW>>>I can just hear the Alabama and Georgia fans laughing....and must put up with their remarks

Maybe she doesn't know how to speak and be understood in Knoxville. I understand there is a different language spoken in Conn.

Amen to that!!!!!It is sad that all our once proud university is now on the down spiral to ?. Volunteer arise and lets make it a proud university again.....
