UT was pretty bad prior to CJH taking over. He has righted the ship, and it took less time than expected, not to mention the Vols have been short on scholarships.

The Vols are in the playoffs! In the running for a national championship!

After struggling with BVS for years, win or lose, the opportunity to go into Columbus and end their season is almost surreal.

While I can sympathetize with the complaints about seeding, I can't understand why we're so focused on this. And, I know how awesome a playoff game in Neyland stadium would be.

But for me, I am excited to get the chance to watch the Vols on the big stage, beating the beloved Buckeyes.

It's all about perspective.

I can't put into words how satisfied I am with the Vols at this point in the rebuilding process.

To me it’s all about the excitement to attend a home playoff game at Neyland which would be insane along with the fact Ohio State should have dropped much farther losing at home to a 20 point underdog.

I understand and I feel that, but I can't let that be the focus for me. I have to be excited just to be in the hunt.

In fact, I'm excited for the chance to end OSU season.

I'm elated we beat Fl and Bama in the same season, are 10-2 overall, and have a legit shot to win it all. Been down for too long, it's our time again.

Me too! And I think the Vols have a real good chance at winning it all.

I have to admit that it irritates me the way the Vols get overlooked by the reporters. I watched a CBS Sports clip today and the lady completely dismissed the Vols. Didn't give them the slightest chance.
