Perspective from a fan who was there.. Worst Fans EVER.

But how do you know they are lying?

How do you know they aren't?

Have you ever been to a game in Columbia? SC fans are the most passive in the league, and I dont even count Vandy fans cause dont really even care.

Nobody has ever had any problems in Columbia, this is nothing more than attention whoring, and you may have noticed the troll that started all this is nowhere to be found and is now laughing at you.

I sat in the season-ticket-holder section, too. The lady beside me let me know right off the bat she did not appreciate Tennessee orange being in their section. Had I not got the tickets for free, I would have much rather sat in the Tennessee section.

Of course, it was great to hear their fans grumble every time the Vols did something good. They are not a happy bunch in SC right now with the Gamecock's woes.

All I can say is what a game!!! Talk about never giving up! I'm really proud of our guys.

I don't know any more than you do.

I was at the game, a lone UT fan surrounded by SC fans, and though they were passionate, we all had a great time, even high fiving each other throughout the game and wishing each other safe travels when it was over. Then on top of that, I proceeded to see other SC fans we sat near at the Waffle House, and it was like a family reunion. Best opposing fans in the SEC IMO.

Gheez, you people are pathetic. I have posted joyfully all over this board tonite and I dont have to justify myself to you. My issue is with Vol fans telling lies about SC fans for the sole purpose of attracting attention. And maybe you have noticed (or YOU probably didnt) the troll posting those comments is sitting back laughing at you now.

But the only person that is attracting attention is you...

Can we quit fighting and all get along for one night following a huge win? Experiences with opposing fan bases vary. Honestly never had a problem at Tuscaloosa but I've heard plenty from people I trust that have

Glad you had a good experience. I always enjoy talking with opposing fans and just enjoying the game. I never let the outcome of the game determine how I act around other fans. I am always the first to congratulate them when they win and don't talk crap when we win. I hate fans that do that regardless of who they pull for. I would much rather drink a beer with them and wish them good luck and safe travels home. After all it's just a game in the grand scheme of things.

And as a side note, how can you say with certainty that there weren't a couple *******s in the SCar crowd? I've never been to a collegiate game and not seen *******s on both sides of the field. I have plenty of stories about my fellow Vols that completely embarrassed me in both wins and losses yet we are still widely viewed as the nicest crowd in college sports.

You are entirely too invested in saying that other fanbases don't have *******s.

I had some moron start shouting at a trainer on the UT sideline, calling him dad, begging him to come home.
Was that an insult to the trainer or himself???
The sweet irony of it, the SCAR fans sitting around me told him to shut the hell up and leave!!

It's like anywhere..it's luck of the draw..we were section 22 tonight 10 rows back and everyone around us was great…and we were loud.

I went to a game in Columbia, 3 years in a row. On 3 separate occasions a lady on the upper deck took a dump on my face from nearly 30 feet above me. She was yelling slurs and stuff too. It was a passive and gracious poo, but just not my thing.

I'm drunk. And hoptown is cracking me up.

And I'm calling BS on your stupid post. You're a damn liar. I've been to at least 8 games in Columbia and never had or seen anything like you're describing.

I'm calling the fact you are unable to recognize there is an azz or two in every crowd including our own. After all of your nonsensical posts, I'm willing to bet you would be one of them
