I'm calling bull**** on you too. Problems with SC fans in Knoxville? I dont think so. They were very gracious, unless you got in their face.
And BTW, South Carolina fans are the best LOSERS in the league, all you clowns are lying about them causing problems. There's no reason to lie about opposing fan bases to bring attention to yourself. Sheesh!
Not really, but liars pi$$ me off pretty good.
South Carolina has some of the best fans in the SEC. All these stories are complete horse$hit.
Really? Because just yesterday we would've been lucky to go 4-8.Let me start by saying I went to the game with my girlfriend and her dad and sat in a season ticket holder section. I don't talk ****, but I do cheer. This is what I experienced
I cheered when we got a pass interference call, no big deal right? Wrong. Some crazy ***** behind me said "You should only cheer when you earn it!! The refs gave you that one!!!"
From then on out, she audibly talked **** to me with no antagonizing from me. Here's some gems from her
"Incest is best in east tennessee"
"Doesn't it feel good when you EARN IT??" (After carolina went up 42-28)
"How many times did you **** the ref for them to give you this game?"
Aside from her, a group of Gamecocks were talking about how cold it was to stay for overtime. I chimed in and said "Yeah, the way both offenses are playing, it might never end." Their response? "We weren't talking to you, ****er."
I HATE being around those fans, and I may never go to an away game without having tickets in our section again.
But, I LOVED being there and staying until the end. That was insane, and one of the best moments of my life as far as attending a game has went.
Also, they're pretty fairweather.. there were only like 65k there to begin with. After half I'd say it dropped to 55k and even as it was going to OVERTIME, it was at 30k max.
Some Tennessee fans left too, but not nearly on the same scale as them. It was baffling to me.
In any case, Go Vols, 7-5.
Hoptown is a drunk trying to stir crap up for attention. The piss bombs in Gainesville are real. Set with a group of guys from Chattanooga who go to every game every year. There's normally 4 of them but the 4th had piss poured on him from the upper deck one year and refuses to go back. Guys had no reason to make crap up. I've had very few problems in Gainesville but I also grew up in FL and have always been at games with friends who attended UF. Kinda hard for someone to walk up and be a dick when i'm with a big group of UF fans.
And I'm calling BS on your stupid post. You're a damn liar. I've been to at least 8 games in Columbia and never had or seen anything like you're describing.
Its not MY stadium you retard. I'm a Tennessee grad, and I dont tell lies about my experiences with opposing fans after a big win. After all, its not the W that is important, its getting props on web boards from anonymous idiots you dont know thats important.
It's funny how some people never seem to have problems and some have stories about everywhere they go. Wonder why that is?
I've been to sc plenty, they are much better than our heated rivals. No problems with them. As with any team, you will have your annoying dumb bunches.

You have a college degree and freely choose to live in Hoptown? Hoptown is a ****hole.
Trying to stir crap??? LMAO No, just setting you idiots straight. It never happened, its an internet meme, but you people are stupid enough to believe that if you go to the Swamp, Gator fans will throw pi$$ on you. Its hilarious. I mean seriously, how stupid do you have to be to believe this crap. And all you that are saying you "saw it happen" are all liars. Sorry, thats the truth.
