Perception vs Reality. (SDS)

Other poster said it. You said "SDS picked us", which is untrue. I picked Tennessee.

Actually, it was a question. There's really no harm here. I think some folks were under the impression that you're opinion was representive of SDS since it appears that you have some affiliation with them. After you're prediction, something else comes out from SDS with folks picking Georgia and folks perceived a contradiction.:hi:

From my perspective, that's on the reader. Websites usually don't feature one writer- all kinds of people with all kinds of opinions are going to make predictions. If someone is too ignorant to pick that up, Lord help them.

PERCEPTION: WATER IS WET
Water is a liquid, and liquids are the substances we use to describe and define the word 'wet'. If something has water on it, it is considered wet; 'wet' is a definable property of water.

REALITY: WATER IS NOT WET
While the definition of 'wet' is essentially "something covered in water", a water molecule itself is not wet. Something can be made wet by covering it with a solvent liquid - such as water - but in molecular form, water is not 'wet'.

:good!:

Let me clear this one up for all of you. SDS does not hate anyone. As the guy in the video with Cousin Ty who called the upset, a grad of UT and the team's beat writer for SDS, I'll let you know that our staff has differing opinions. But for the record-- and my bias aside-- our staff would rather UT be good again to get more page views than miss a bowl every year. So yeah, I picked Tennessee and my colleagues didn't. It's all a matter of opinion. No one hates anyone...But if you want more pro-UT articles, I suggest clicking the Tennessee page rather than the SEC one

I know you're trying to be professional and explain your position but coming on VN and getting into a back and forth with posters is about the most unprofessional thing you could have done.
