I start a new job in Nashville next month and I don't know where I want to live.

I'll be working near the zoo, and I don't want to live super far away. Looking to rent.

Suggestions, anyone?

Have I mentioned how much I hate your Bears for breaking my QB, 95?

I live about 2 miles from there in a neighborhood called Crieve Hall. There are probably a few rental homes that would work for you

gulch. Unless you are scared of women. If you can't afford it, do it anyway. A yr there as a single male would be worth the loss of 1000's of dollars. Then you can be smart later.

Have you considered living in a tent? Ask them if you can park a camper on the grounds.

That's near Franklin, right? I'm not sure I want to rent a house...all the responsibilities, none of the advantages.

You and I, SDV, need to have a beer once I've moved.

I would love to live in the Gulch, but I don't want to drop that kind of money. Dropping thousands of excessive dollars is just irresponsible. I can visit the single ladies in the Gulch.

Not really, its about 10 mins south of downtown and about 15-20 mins north of Franklin. The beer though, for sure

A van near Percy Priest, maybe.

I was semi-serious about the camper. I'm still in my motor home until I decide exactly where I want to be. Rent there=probably around $800-$1000+ a month. 6 months rent at those prices buys a nice used camper w/ heat, AC and shower. Think about it. I wish I'd latched on to this idea years ago.

I remember you thinking about Franklin, is why I made that assumption. To Google Maps!

Have you been to Yazoo yet?

You know which Hop Project? If you have time, get down to the taproom and try a 10 Year White IPA. It's fantastic...and won't be around forever.

IDK which one it is. I grabbed a sixer tonight. I don't know where the Taproom is, but I love IPAs so I'd love to try that

There are a lot of apartments in Bellevue.
With where you are working you need to look at Old Hickory Rd between I-65 and Nolensville Rd.
That is still the nice part of the Brantioch.
Dont go further than Nolensville though.
Buddy of mine lived in Brentwood Oaks for a while.
There are a lot of back roads that can get you between Old Hickory and Harding Place.
Good Luck.

Lennox Village seems overpriced for what it is, but I'm still considering it. It's convenient in a lot of ways.
