If they had kept the ball on the ground and not snapped it with 10+ seconds on the play clock those two plays UGA would only have around 30 seconds left

I actually don’t mind them throwing it right there. A first down and it’s over. The bigger issue is that they were snapping the ball with 10-15 seconds left on the play clock earlier in the possession. They could have run off 25-30 more seconds.

true on time management. I don’t have a problem throwing there either but he could have dinked it to the TE and even if play is for a loss the clock still rolls

I just don’t understand why you don’t throw a 10 pass over the middle? Still plenty of time to to spike the ball
