Just above that annual threshold with greater incentives? Can’t count a career accomplishment multiplier toward Tony that you could toward Corbin. As long as he’s happy, I’m happy.

I’m guessing CTV’s will exceed in both base and bonus structure, and will be for probably more than five years to lock him down and send a message to other potential suitors.

I'm not sure TV cares if his exceeds anyone else's as long as he is near top and his staff salaries are high also. He is smart enough to know that you can't win without great assistant coaches and he wants to keep them happy.
