Love him or hate him, he's not afraid to take his lumps if he made the wrong call.

That being said, right now there are a couple of horrific Big Ten callers now who call up and say that Southerners are uneducated, inbred, responsible for racial tensions and blaming us for the riots, that we are cheaters, that we blahblahblah--and Finebaum is the best at absolute wrecking those asshats. One guy yesterday asked if he was related to George Wallace! Just freaking ridiculous.

He does do that well, dispose of those callers taking personal shots at the south. It's these callers that have returned me to cheering on the rest of the SEC when playing anyone out of conference.

I get under every one of the idiot's skin. Just now that bottom feeder from Jasper tried to say I should be banned from college football. (as if he could write the letter to the NCAA to make that happen.) But, they're all scared of me because they watched me decimate Jim from Tuscaloosa without ever raising my voice or degenerating into repetitions of "mow-ron".

I'm working today--or trying to. I'm a writer so I work from home and go on Twitter/here if I'm stuck or just playing hooky--so I may not call. But it's Friday, so we'll see. :)

I'm probably gonna start callin in, but man do I hope they ambush call me with Larry. Or ambush Larry. The facts and things I would say to him would make him sew legs back onto his jeans and cut his mullet off.

Just come with some substance. Too many Vols fans call up with the hype or to sing Rocky Top of whatever. Bring facts to the table and they'll remember you when you call a second time. KWIM?

God knows that I need the help, outnumbered as I am!

Oh absolutely. I mean you could bring up the huge drop in sacks, the South Carolina game, hurd's increased weight and speed, top to bottom depth at WR, or anything on defense, but at the end of the day I try to be realistic about where we are with a 8-4 floor and a 10-2 ceiling, and I think it has more to do with the weaknesses in the other teams then the overwhelming strength of our team, and talking the winning matchups is a big deal. Florida is just too easy to pick apart though.

EXACTLY. That reminds me--I DO have to call in today. About Hurd and Kamara. And to insult that turd from Jasper. Can't call and forget to do that.

Well I really want to hit on Sutton's consistency, Moseley's added weight, depth and 1-2 punch of experience and youthful athleticism at safety, and Martin's measurables and maybe put him a little out on the radar, too. He adds a big dimension and a lot of options to this secondary.
