Bottomline is Dooley was a desperation hire....No doubt about it....We never even went after top or even middle of the pack coaches after Kiffin left....Hell We got turned down by the coach of Air Force among others including David Cutcliffe...Hamilton hired a coach who would provide a band aid and maybe just maybe have a small level of success here....Don't get me wrong, I like coach Dooley and I like his style and hope and pray he turns out to be the diamond We were looking for but its still way too early to tell and his recruiting isn't exactly setting the world on fire so the jury is still out...Give it a couple more years and lets see where the team is and then and there we can start making judgements if he was the right choice....P.S Finebaum sucks

I listen to JOX everyday and to the PFRS . The morning crew give Tennessee credit (Lance Taylor) and old Paul gives the audience something to call in about . I love the show.

No its not. He actually went to UAB.

Correction he attended UT and UAB.

Finebaum was born in Memphis, Tennessee and attended the University of Tennessee, where he received a liberal arts degree in Political Science.
Fine baum never attended UAB. In fact, UAB probably hates him as much as anybody.........
