Unless they do donate many Millions of $$$ soon nothing really good will happen.

The ONLY way we'll get a top named, proven coach that CAN recruit really well and finish this rebuilding project is if we pay the new coach and his staff the HUGE $$$ that Bama is paying nick saTan and his staff and to GUARANTEE every penny of it for at least 5 years.

Even then it will still be a HUGE gamble and still may not pay off.

In this economy even our biggest boosters may not want to donate and risk that kind of money.

Rogers jacobs and rivera has caught about everthing thrown to them. Dont think thry were used last night. Did not see much game preparation either. Sometimes people get in over their heads i think we have a few coahes rhat should be coaching in aa and not the sec.

I really like the kid- he has the swagger and confidence I wish more of our players had. I really feel like he is going to break every play. I wish our offensive staff would get him the ball more.

Bingo. Other than Graham and Pittman, the rest of the staff doesn't seem to have a clue how to develop and teach these players.

The D is lacking in the talent department with the exception of a couple of players, but a good coach will work with what he has and get the most out of them, but as we're seeing, that's not happening.

couldnt have said better, he should be pissed. he's in the program 1/2 a season and seems to want UT on top more than anyone else.

We have about 15 - 18 guys out of the 25 - 30 that play on both sides of the ball regularly that play their asses off. Unfortunately, we have some that simply lay down that are in key positions, like QB, DB, and WR (JH).

and risk him getting an over inflated ego and not improving because he thinks he is better than he is and doesn't see the need to practice or watch film. we already have one headcase at qb.

Patterson is the best player on that team and the only one ready for the NFL. Hands Down.

CP is great in the open field, but:

-he hasn't shown the ability to consistently get separation from db's with his route running
and
-I don't recall chaney getting him open on a crossing pattern against man coverage all year.

Maybe he can't shake the defender because he only runs a hitch, a post or a go.

One point in Worley's favor is his experience with throwing to Patterson, his high school teamate. Maybe he can actually get a ball in CP's vicinity.

Seriously? It's not hard to coach that kind of talent. Has he developed or even marginally improved the talent he currently has here? If he has, we damn sure aren't seeing the results on the field.
