With all of today's video tech I wouldn't doubt every team in the league isn't doing something like this.

On a sidenote.

Last year the NFL voted on letting the defensive side of the ball having an in helmet headphone, like the QB on the offense, making hand signals obsolete.

The rule got 22 votes (If I remember correctly) but needed 24 to pass. I bet that passes next time it comes up.
