The lil Passley just transferred high schools here in Indy from Pike to North Central (where his older brother went). From what I hear he cussed out the assistant coach at Pike.

actually tony passley got a technical in 2 different games. pearl cut his minutes drastically after that

Slick Rick says, last year Coach Pearl was talking about how much Passley would help the vols this season. It seems like it has not worked out that way. Slick Rick thought he was going to be a much better player than he looks like he is. Slick Rick says maybe he will get it together.

You are correct. He has actually been a backup to Jeff Teague (Top 100 Senior PG committed to Wake Forest). His underdevelopment in addition to his current transfer have many of us wondering if Pearl is going to release him for an elite recruit in '08. We've got plenty to choose from and it would probably be in our best interest to release him and go for a major prospect because the class of '08 is stacked. Factor in whether Tony might transfer out and we've got 2 extra schollies for that class.

It's gonna get where people are leary to make any new threads because apparently someone enjoys that or think it's a game.I think if you rate it you should sign off on it.It's getting out of hand (again).Taking the fun out of the board.What if everyone did that?

What the heck was he T'd up for... A player fades to the back of the bench and technicals is the reason? Doesn't sound right.

I've heard Pearl mention he didn't feel he could give some of the players on his bench much time because their conditioning was not what it should be. This apply to Passley?

It's interesting to me that Passley never gets any mention at all. In fact I'd forgotten about the kid until this thread...

I don't know who's doing it but you probably shouldn't make these posts. If people know that it gets under your skin, they're just going to do it to mess with you.

I agree.It just seems so childish.I guess I'll just quit starting threads for the time being.

Pearl commented after Passley got his second Techinical that he (passley) would not be playing if he could not control himself/emotions on the floor.

Passley is probably a negative influence on the team. Take his scholly, go out and recruit a big badA center or a lights out shooter to replace Loften.
