So, Crompton finished the night 12/24 for 159 yards and 2 TDs.

I was a bit concerned by some of the decisions, etc...

But do you chalk up the struggles to USCe's D? Poor play by the WRs? The weather?

I just expected more, I guess. If Crompton has this kind of night (completion pct wise) against Ole Miss, I think we lose that one.

all things considered he had a decent game tonight. sc had a good D anyway and the weather was probably a factor too. i wouldn't get too worked up about it.

50 % or greater completion percentage x (2 touchdowns + 0 interceptions) = no problem

Crompdaddy has 16 TDs against 10 picks so far this season. Improving every week now.

He played really well. He stayed with the game plan, no mistakes, take what the D gives you. The big numbers come when the receivers make plays. We/he started out so strong, the big plays weren't needed. I will take this kind of game the rest of the year.

I don't think you can base his performace solely on stats. He managed the game very well, came through when we had a short field, and didn't turn the ball over.

Crompdaddy has played very well for us these last three games. I sincerely hope he finishes the season on a positive note. Nobody was tougher on him than I was after the UCLA debacle. I'm pulling for him...

Isn't South Carolina's pass D one of the best in the nation? I thought I remembered hearing that before.

South Carolina made very good adjustments on defense after Crompton's hot start. I wouldn't get too worked up about it...they are solid on D. We rock Ole Miss if they play like they did today...
