I have NEVER paid to park for a game. Drive through Fort Sanders and find a parking spot on the street. It may be a bit of a hike, but that's up to you. Can't tell you where the best places to party are, any more. I worked on the strip as a bartender and waiter for years, but I've been gone too long to tell you.
