Anyone know what the parking situation is like at Vandy? I have been there a few times but I was like 12 or 13 the last time I went. Any advice on where to park would be great.

Will not be a problem.. Only 40,000 seat stadium and parking is usually a non issue. Don't give it another thought and just drive to the stadium. About 2 hours before kickoff and it'll br easy,,,,,

I always park at this parking garage right next to the stadium everytime I go. I think it's the garage connected to the hospital.

Anyone know if it's going to be televised?

I don't think CBS is gonna televise the parking for the Vandy - UT game. They will probably do a 30 minute special on Cam Newton getting a pedicure instead.

J/K. Pretty sure it will be televised at least locally.

parked last time at the big Methodist church on west end for a small donation. For those of you that don't come to Nashville often, the city has done away with the free on street Saturday parking. IN the past if you got there early enough you could park at a meter for free. Now you will have to pay and they are only good for I think 2 hours.

Centennial Park is the biggest area to do a tailgate before the game, but it might be difficult to get out of after the game. Easy walk across the street to the stadium though.

there's a Walgreens on West End across the street from the Regions Bank. Back behind it is a neighborhood. If you go back in there you can park on the street safely.

Also if you parked previously at Eakin Elementary School, LSU trashed the place and Metro Schools have closed it to gameday parking.

I have been parking in the Highland Avenue garage for the past few years it is only one street over from the stadium. AS you go down west end avenue you make a left on 25th ave then a left on Highland Ave and the garage is at the end of the street on your right, it is supposed to be a city garage and cost $10.00 the last few years.

Looking for 2 tickets--anyone selling?

Honest advice: buy them on the streets at the game.

With the way the two teams are this year, you should be able to find them for way cheap.

I had an extra for UT-Vandy 2008, and we couldn't get $5 for it. People were giving their extras away for free-$15.

Thanks; I did that a few years ago but I thought interest may have picked up a little recently. Also thought it would be easier to get one reasonably priced here and help a VN brother out.
