The Tony Elliott connection is set up for Parker’s next hire. Meaning whoever TN gets from a school, then Tony will agree to be next coach to that school. That’s what I’m gathering. I don’t think we are looking for an assistant type

I don't think Tennessee will hire an assistant this time around.

Could be or could be he’s going to give him multiple major roles so it’ll be technically a step up from Clemson and gets him here in case something happens to chosen candidate and there will be a stable transition instead of here we go on another coaching search, it’ll be automatic and no shift in coordinators and staff changes

If that was case we would have the head coach announced already and not have his name rumbling for the HC position IMO

Right now none are trustworthy except Chris Low and Feldman, those are the reporters White wants to know and let it out When he’s ready and he’s let the team know, if you see the team tweeting names it’s true, I think we already have him, just going through legalistic sat this point, and the team is ecstatic about it

You might be right., but if so, it will be announced Monday. And this weekend they are just getting the prep work done. The revolving doors are getting worn out.

Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought what she said was using the search firm or no was up to White. Whether they are or aren’t being retained wouldn’t be her decision, it would be the AD’s.
