Who would be ashamed of going this year if we could make it? I wouldn't! Matter of fact...I think we could sell out legion field.

I would not be ashamed of any bowl game this year. If we can figure out a way to win the remaining 4 games, I'll take whatever bowl we can get. I'd prefer the Music City Bowl since I'm from Middle TN, but would like any bowl. I don't think the Music City Bowl would skip TN if they get to 6 wins. This would be one of the only seasons in which TN fans would be glad to come to Nashville for a bowl.

Have to go win 4 games first though.

id happily watch any bowl game to get one more Vols game to watch. the season is so short and goes by so fast. when its over, its back to a long 3/4 year of waiting. gimme ANY bowl game.

Papa Johns bowl is no more.......

It had no sponsor until as of Thursday actually...

It is now the BBVA Compass Bank Bowl.... Birmingham based bank I actually work for... new 3 year deal

But IMO if there is more than one 6-6 finisher in the SEC we would probably get picked by either the liberty or Music city..... as the Birmingham bowl gets whatever is left as long as their is a 9th qualifier in the SEC even...

I honestly think the Music City Bowl will take TN at 6-6 over other 7 win SEC teams. They have wanted TN since the bowl began, but it has never been a good fit due to TN fans expecting bigger bowls when the seasons began. This is a season where TN fans will be relieved to get a bowl offer if it happens, so the Music City Bowl would jump on TN in a heartbeat.

I'd love it if we made a bowl game. We need the practice !

Doesn't look like there will be enough six win teams this year to fill up all the bowls. That's happens when you have 632 bowl games.

Taking this years team to any bowl would be awesome! I would love it if they played at Legion Field, because I live in Birmingham. Last years game there with S. Carolina was brutally cold though. The only hope we have winning out will be with Bray at the helm, so here's to hoping that happens.
GO VOLS!!

My thoughts exactly. If we pull it off, I'll be rooting for BBVA/Compass bowl.
