I agree I have no confidence in our kicking game right now hopefully he can improve but if not I hope the kid coming in next year can come in and take over immediately

Ray Guy (left-footed, btw) couldn't have got a punt off under those conditions - when you leave a guy who runs a 4.3 - 4.4 40 untouched up the gut, you're gonna get a lot of kicks blocked. Not sure how anyone in their right mind blames Palardy for the blocked punt.

Correct. If you wanna burn him do it on field goals. Special teams is poor compared to the league. Lets see if DY is a threat. As we saw yesturday starting with good field position is good for your offense and defense.

Because unfortunately there are a lot of idiots who know NOTHING about football that post on these boards sometimes

Yeah, can't believe he's the first guy in the history of football to have a punt blocked, what a bust...

No, wait, Rainy has 5 blocks now, can we really blame Palardy?

It still took forever back there. Should have been gone.

I can live with the blocked punt I don't blame that on palardy at all but his accuracy on field goals is questionable and his inability to kick the ball in the end zone on a consistent basis makes me worried for our kicking game in a big way I mean when was the last time we had a guy who consistently put the ball in the end zone on kick offs now it seems we are doing good if it crosses the 10

EXACTLY^^^...watch the replay and watch the extra initial half-step...

I just posted the pick of the blocked punt 'cause it was available to link...

Palardy is, has been and always will be a BUST! I've made several posts about him over the past 2 years being a loser...and he is. Other than his mom being a MILF...he's got no redeeming qualities and should hand in his uni.

George Cafego rolls over in his grave every time he steps on the field...

Palardy pulls all his kicks to the right. He's 1 for 3 on FG's. The 38 yarder wasn't even close. He sucks. Another Kiffin recruit.

Ray Guy punted with his right foot.

Rained had 5 blocks already. Was that not in the scouting report??

I GUARANTEE you the FACT that we SUCK on kickoff placement, FGs and punts WAS on THEIR "Scouting Report".

And it would be TRUE...

Palardy is a BUST!

Palardy wont punt anymore this season. Not sure why he was ever in there to begin with. Darr= higher hangtime and more yards.

Also, Id say Eric Russell better do something this season on teams or he's out. Dooley is well connected in the coaching fraternity. He can find better.

You can't worry about stars, especially when it comes to kickers. There are lot of politics played when it comes to kickers. I remember Vandy signed the #1 kicker in the country, Alan Herline, back in the mid-1980s. There were high school kickers who were better than him, when he was a senior in college.

The same thing can already be said about Palardy. he is very unimpressive.
