Chiefs head to Indiana for a 1:00 o'clock game. Will Manning school the kid or will E.B. be show the vetern QB why he was a #1 pick. Since the Titans will be on, I guess I will be heading to a Bar somewhere to watch the game. Should be good.

Berry is going to be very good, but he's still a rookie.
I do like the momentum that the Chiefs have going into this game, as opposed to Indy, who just lost to the Jags.... :x

Peyton plays against 1st rounders everytime. He's not going to get played by anyone. EB may make some plays, but Peyton is not going to do anything different than he always does. But I do like KC's chances ; but they will need to score alot points and hang on to the ball as long as they can.

Since EB has looked nothing more than average so far (I expect him to be a great in time), I suspect Peyton will take Berry to the woodshed this time. Berry will probably get back him him down the road though.

Actually the Titans/Cowboys game is at 4:15 EST. According to the TV listing here in Nashville, the Colts/Chiefs game comes on beofre the Titans game.

I only own two authentic NFL Jerseys. Eric Berry and Peyton Manning. I am so very torn on this game. I think Indy needs this win more than the Chiefs, as the Chiefs have a 2 game lead in the AFC West.

I don't think Berry will be a factor. Just saying, Peyton may be the best pro QB ever and EB is a rookie. The thing about EB is that if he gets his hands on one he can turn it into 6 points but I don't see it happening.

Well that's great news.. I would rather set in front of my big screen TV with the fridge full than spend 4.5 hours in a bar. The tab would be quite high..:beerf:.Thx.

I assume you mean currently in the NFL. If not, have we forgotten about Reggie White?

KC coming off a bye week. EB hasnt done much yet, although he is 2nd on team for tackles. I would love to see him break one off this Sunday against Peyton.

Out of curiosity, why does this thread not get moved to the NFL board?

It doesn't bother me personaly to have non UT threads in the main board. I'm just trying to understand the reasoning for where threads should be located. Bothe EB and PM are no longer at UT but this thread remains here.

The fact that they both played for Tennessee makes it relevant. Some fans may not follow pro football closely but still like to read about former Vols from time to time.

Okay. I'm not debating here. I'm only trying to understand so I'll kno when/if I post something. Why did the Haynesworth threads get moved back during the NFL pre-season then?

I'm lucky if remember what I ate for breakfast this morning, so I'm probably not the person to ask about a thread from a couple months ago. Was it a thread you started?

No. I was silently following it though and then couldn't find it one time when I came back. No biggie on my part though. I was just curious as to what triggers a "former" player thread to stay versus get moved.

Sorry to hijack the thread. We can let the thread get back on topic.
